1) What types of work do you do?

We are a full service "design and build" remodeler. We do all types of room additions, pool enclosures, screen rooms, decks and pergolas, kitchen and bath remodels, and basements. We are well known for our ability to produce creative and innovative designs for unique situations.

2) Do you do design work?
We excel at design work and prefer to build from our own designs.

3) What does an addition cost?
We have done jobs from a few thousand dollars to projects over $250,000. Each job is priced individually - there is no such thing as a "square foot price" when it comes to remodeling. Your project's design, material selection, concrete and decking, electric and HVAC requirements, site conditions, landscape protection, alterations to the existing house, and utility changes may all affect the cost.

4) How long does it take to build an addition?
Since most of our business comes from referrals, we always have a healthy backlog - generally four to ten weeks out. This allows time for design work, material selection, and securing permits. Once we start, an installation can take us from one week to six months, depending on the scope of the job. All jobs are scheduled on a first-come-first-serve basis.

5) Is an addition or remodel a good investment?
Recent swings in the stock market, while real estate remains stable, would indicate that enriching your property is a sound investment. Considerations that directly influence the value of your project include: appropriate design and materials, the level of craftsmanship, and the use of glass. An addition with a lot of glass is always a show stopper, and has extra appeal in an area like ours where we have many gray days. Glass will brighten up even the dreariest of rain and snow days!

6) Does an all glass room get hot?
We recommend Four Seasons products for our clients that want an all glass room. Four Seasons' proprietary glass has amazing heat control properties. Come check out the Heat Tunnel at our showroom and see for yourself.

7) Can we heat and cool our glass room?
Most of our client's want to heat and cool their room. Each installation has different requirements which we are prepared to handle.

8) How do we get started?
The first step is to set an appointment at your home, or our showroom. Be prepared to discuss the following: why you want to do the project, design considerations, the size of the structure, and your budget. We can usually match a great design to your budget by balancing your needs with your dreams and wishes.
